We want you to love your Peloton Apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are free from signs of wear or sweat.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
